Orders are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination and courier service availability.
West Malaysia:
Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 working days after dispatch.
East Malaysia:
Estimated delivery within 3 to 5 working days after dispatch.
Please note that the above timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, and peak delivery periods.
3. Chilled Product Delivery
Our products are packed carefully to help maintain quality during transit. As these products require refrigeration, customers are advised to place the items into the refrigerator immediately upon receiving the parcel.
To help preserve product condition, customers are encouraged to ensure that someone is available to receive the order promptly upon delivery.
4. Delivery Address
Customers must provide accurate and complete delivery details when placing an order. Yoogoo will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
5. Failed Delivery and Re-Delivery
If the parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address details, or the recipient being unavailable, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
6. Delivery Delays
Yoogoo will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely dispatch and delivery. However, we shall not be held responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
